Returns + Refunds + Repairs

Returns and refunds are accepted 7 days after your delivery date. (Tracking number will be provided either at checkout or via email) 

Refunds are given if customer is not happy with product upon receiving it. In this event, the refund will be issued after the product is shipped back and received. Riddikuluss Shoppe will provide a shipping label via email with paid shipping.

Repairs are free. Accidents happen and sometimes products arrive broken. Resin charms are not indestructible, spikes fall off, and stitching wears. OR you may have owned the product long enough that natural wear and tear has happened. Whatever the issue, repairs are free. All that is asked is that you pay shipping one way.
