Glitter Art the Clown

The Glitter Art the Clown painting features a handpainted Art the Clown. Art's eyes are done in blue glitter. His lips, eye makeup, hat and collar are all done in black glitter. The entire painting is based in acrylic and then coated in a thick layer of resin. The background is silver, as well as the edges.
