Glitter Pennywise

The Glitter Pennywise painting features a handpainted Pennywise. His eyes are done in yellow glitter. His hair and makeup are done in red glitter. At the bottom of the paintong is a red glitter ballon with the quote "We All Float" on thr string. The entire painting is based in acrylic and then coated in a thick layer of resin. The background is metallic red, as well as the edges.
