Sailor Moon

The Sailor Moon collar is based on black leather. In the center is a white heart. From the heart hangs an Sailor Moon charm. On either side of the heart are 8 spikes, red, blue, white and yellow. There is a total of 16 spikes on the collar. Gold rivets hold the collar together. The entire edge of the collar is stiched in red and blue thread.

The collar does up in the back with a buckle. There are holes for different sizes. The total length of the collar is 19". The smallest size option is 11".
