Togepi

The Togepi collar is based on blue leather. In the center is a white heart with a Togepi charm hanging from it. On either side of the heart are 8 blue and red spikes. There is a total of 16 spikes on the collar. Gold rivets hold the collar together. The entire edge of the collar is stiched in white thread.

The collar does up in the back with a buckle. There are holes for different sizes. The total length of the collar is 19.". The smallest size option is 12.5".
