Vegeta

The Vegeta collar is based on blue leather. In the center is a yellow heart with a Vegeta charm hanging from it. On either side of the heart are 8 yellow and blue small spikes. There is a total of 16 spikes on the collar. Gold rivets hold the collar together. The entire edge of the collar is stiched in yellow and blue thread. 

The collar does up in the back with a buckle. There are holes for different sizes. The total length of the collar is 20.". The smallest size option is 13".
